I am an enthusiastic and dedicated occupational hygiene, acoustic, health & safety and environmental professional with over 20 years experience of conducting environmental/occupational noise and hand arm vibration assessments. I also carry out occupational air sampling, EMF, lighting, radon & DSEAR assessments. I am an IEMA registered environmental auditor and carry out environmental legal compliance, systems and IPPC audits. My qualifications to date include a Master’s Degree in Water & Environmental Management, the IOA Post Graduate Diploma in Acoustics & Noise Control, a Level 6 NCRQ Diploma in Applied Health and Safety, a Post-Graduate certificate in Pollution Management, BOHS W501, W502, W505, W506 & W507 modules, the NEBOSH National General Certificate, Fire Safety Management and Fire Risk Assessment course, Baseefa DSEAR Risk Assessment and Hazardous Area Classification Course, HSE DSEAR area classification & gasses and liquids courses the CIEH Certificate in Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (IPPC) and the IOA Certificate of Competence in Environmental Noise Measurement. I am a full member of IEMA and Chartered Environmentalist, specialist member of the British Occupational Hygiene Society (MFOHS) a full corporate member of the Institute of Acoustics (MIOA) and a certified member of IOSH. As my role as Director of Occupational Hygiene, Safety & Environmental Services at WG Safety & Environmental, my responsibilities include providing environmental, safety, occupational hygiene and acoustic consultancy services to clients across the UK. I am a focal point for customer enquiries and provide administrative support in tendering for work, forging client relationships, organising the workload and quality control of work completed by Associate Consultants and invoicing/ providing legal updates for clients. The business has a diverse and expanding client portfolio including small, medium and global organisations.
