I am proud to announce my recent graduation from Antioch University New England with a Professional Science Master's degree (PSM) in Environmental Studies - Resource Management & Conservation. I am an accomplished managerial professional with more than 7 years of retail management experience. Possessing a comprehensive knowledge base in environmental sustainability, I seek to contribute my diverse professional skills and impassioned energy to the interrelated endeavors of environmental sustainability, community enrichment, and social justice. Through both my professional and ample volunteer experiences, I have cultivated exceptional communication skills relevant to public and interoffice relations. I thoroughly understand what constitutes excellent customer service. With this same emotional intelligence, I know how to foster confidence, initiative and discipline in the employees I supervise and train.
