I possess a record of success analyzing existing business operations, then designing and implementing process improvements that work to increase efficiency and reduce efforts and costs. Additionally, I possess expert skills in problem resolution, planning, monitoring, reporting, resource management, quality and risk management as well as serving as a reputable change agent. Consistently delivering technology integration projects on time and on budget, I have a strong background leading teams with a track record of high client satisfaction. I offer proven success identifying and resolving project constraints. Over the past 20 years: • I have used my expertise with FileMaker Pro database methodologies and custom designed project management software to ensure the efficient and cost-effective completion of over 20 large scale projects which contributes to the day-to-day operations of the College allowing an accurate employee task/time tracking element for various simultaneous projects, precise reporting and detailed workflows managing projects. • I served on the College Service Management Team, FileMaker Governance Group as well as the College of Nursing Administrative Counsel which oversees the governance and strategic planning of the college for 3 years. I characterize myself as a problem solver, excellent team player, technology driven, energetic, and being able to relate to people. My positive personality allows me to work well with others while still displaying a hard work ethic and professional demeanor.
