About Christopher Ross

I am in charge of commercial development in the Southern Cone for Prosci, a leading company in research and change management solutions. My main competencies are analytical capacity, commercial strategic vision, and negotiation and sales skills. Having worked for some years as a consultant, today I am in charge of end-to-end growth activities. From acquiring new clients and adapting the marketing strategy for the region, to designing change management solutions that meet the specific challenge of each client. My motivation is to help companies achieve their strategic objectives, adapt to change, and create value for their stakeholders. I bring a diverse and business-focused perspective, mainly focused on understanding in-depth the needs and challenges of our clients. An important part of my purpose is to collaborate with our clients, the senior CM advisors and Master Instructors of Prosci, and the change management community, to impact the level of organizational change capacity in the Southern Cone region, promoting a more informed ecosystem with better ROI in their change initiatives.
