About Christopher Rucker

I have been in the Navy since 2005 and have been working in the submarine community since 2006. My years in the military helped me develop managerial skills and being able to strive in difficult situations. It is not uncommon for random tasking to be given to supervisors that are out of the realm of their expertise. This has allowed me to learn how to adapt and overcome even when beyond my comfort zone.I am knowledgeable on the operation and repair of combat and launcher systems onboard United States Submarines. Recognized as a subject matter expert within my field and tactical decision making. Personnel management - Desire to pass on knowledge to junior personnel and help develop those within my team to succeed. Calm and collected - regardless of the situation, able to analyze a situation and work through it while maintaining his cool and logical thinking. Problem solving - enjoys the challenge of taking on issues that are not readily recognized and coming up with solutions.
