Supervise, staff and manage the creative process for multiple projects simultaneously. Oversee staff of art directors, senior and junior designers, production artists, and freelance personnel. Work closely with account managers, and copy team, to provide each brand/project with a consistent identity and tone, planning for its evolution at inception. Ensure that each communication delivers on all aspects of the creative brief in an impactful and memorable way, while keeping all projects on track and within budget. Areas of expertise: package design, promotion design, corporate identity, trade show exhibits, new product launches for trade, sales, and internal communications. Supervise the development of multimedia presentations, web sites, flash e-mails, consumer & professional videos, power point and ipad sales training materials. This business is constantly changing. What hasn’t changed is the need for fresh solutions to traditional challenges. I am a hands on creative director always willing to roll up my sleeves and be part of the creative solution.
