30 Years in Geospatial Products & Photogrammetric Mapping • 15 Years leading projects and performing Quality Control on the production of digital maps of various scales and formats. Supervised stereo compilation and LiDAR classification teams while coordinating with sub-contractors and other companies to ensure proper capture criteria, specifications, and accuracy. • Expertise in geomorphology and civil engineering through professional experience in topographic and planimetric map compilation for conventional maps, orthophotos, GIS and LiDAR datasets. • Experience in several states’ Department of Transportation (DOT) needs and a variety of National Geospatial Agency (NGA) programs. • Commercial projects included aerial surveys, roadway profiles, highway corridor maps, county-wide GIS databases, nautical charts, tidal estuary change detection, and mobile LiDAR transportation maps. Regional LiDAR projects included point cloud processing, editing, creating digital surface models (DSM’s), and digital terrain models (DTM’s). • Defense projects included military base maps, thematic feature-built GIS maps, railway databases, vertical obstruction databases (VO’s), and high-resolution terrain edited datasets (HRT3).
