With over twenty-eight years' experience in Commercial Construction Project Management, I developed leadership and communication skills with C-Suite, business partners, project team members, contractors, consultants and suppliers. I am passionate about working with clients to identify requirements and develop preliminary concepts. Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with extensive design and construction experience utilizing various contracting methods including Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, Multi-Prime, and CM/GC GMP. I have experience in various project types, including real estate development, ground up, tenant improvements, corporate relocations, building renovations, and historic restorations. I have executed programs and projects in various industry sectors, including public, corporate office, retail, industrial, healthcare, education, museums and critical facilities.
