Over the past two years, I have been attending Johnson & Wales University, studying Finance, while also being employed at Lowe's. With only three semesters left to complete, though, my current goal is to find a role where I am able to both apply my current knowledge, while also having the room and ability to apply the knowledge I will gain in the future. At Lowe's Companies, Inc, my dedication to service excellence has earned multiple accolades, including the distinguished Employee of the Month and Best Merchandiser awards, along with Safety Employee of the Month and various Customer Service awards. With over five years of experience, my role as a Merchandising Service Associate has been integral in transforming the retail environment through strategic product presentation and proactive customer interactions. My expertise in merchandising and customer service, coupled with my background in counselor education and psychology, enables me to provide customized service solutions that enhance Lowe's reputation for outstanding store presentation and organization.
