About Christopher Sell

A dynamic and highly motivated communications professional with more than 15 years’ experience in the energy sector. With a background in business journalism I am highly skilled in writing and delivering sector-specific content across all external platforms. I offer a broad knowledge base, from traditional oil & gas to energy transition pathways and net zero solutions. Recently with leading global energy trader Vitol, I previously spent almost a decade at Bloomberg and also have experience working in the Middle East and a commodity consultancy. I can work independently with minimal oversight to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines in high pressure environments. Am also adept in gathering raw data and synthesising large volumes of information into concise, informative and engaging narratives. I have very strong communication and content skills. Highly competent at collaborating, relationship-building, influencing stakeholders, writing and editing. Am also comfortable dealing with a range of subjects and equipped to work under pressure and to a high degree of accuracy.
