I am currently employed by TEKsystems as a contractor for Samsung Electronics America. Our engineering team supports the EMS RAN Virtualization for North American wireless carriers. I was employed at Double Aught Land Management from the beginning of March 2021 to mid April of 2021. My primary responsibilities include the operation and daily maintenance of a John Deere Compact Track Loader with MH60D Mulching Head. I utilize this machine to remove and mulch large areas of unwanted residential and agricultural vegetation. In addition to my primary role, I perform manual trimming and pruning of vegetation and trees with a chainsaw as well as large stump removal. I was previously with Verizon from June 2002 to June 2019. I began my career at Verizon as an Associate Technician within the NOC and was subsequently promoted on numerous occasions before holding my last position as a seasoned IT professional and Solutions Planning Architect. Moreover, during my past few years at Verizon, I was an IT change and strategic projects leader responsible for the transition to Agile Scrum software delivery. From July to April 2001, I worked as an Associate Operations Manager for SmartMail LLC (now owned by DHL Global Mail) I was responsible for managing operations and employees during multiple shifts. The focus of my efforts from an IT perspective centered on application and database management in addition to desktop support. I was also responsible for backend support inclusive of backups and system patch management. My local success was recognized by executive leadership as I was tasked to set up a remote facility in Seattle, WA which was successfully completed and operational well within the allocated time constraint. Prior to SmartMail, I worked for the Sprint PCS Fort Worth Call Center from August 1998 to June I quickly advanced from B2B Customer Service Rep to National and Corporate Account Service Rep. I was ultimately responsible for managing all Sprint PCS accounts and devices owned by Motorola Corporate. The role required partnerships with the Corporate Sales Account Manager and hardware procurement managers at Motorola. Executive leadership recognized my local success as I was tasked and successfully trained employees at a remote facility in Chicago, IL and within the allocated time constraint.
