After working for the NHS, in schools and in research, I have now discovered my key strength of helping parents foster a prosocial mental health environment to protect their child’s mental health and boost their emotional intelligence. This has brought me to Motus Learning, where we provide well being talks specifically targeting how to better parent mental health in today’s ever changing society. WHO ARE MOTUS LEARNING? In association with University College Cork, Motus Learning provides mental health education to schools, parents and businesses with the belief that through education, we can prevent mental health problems before they happen. Proven through research to improve well being, emotion regulation and emotional intelligence, Motus Learning are dramatically raising the bar by realising the power of emotional intelligence development in parenting because a happy employee is a productive employee.
