About Christopher Skaggs

My goal is to inspire autonomous and confident employees who, in turn, foster a holistic and supportive approach for company success. I’ve extensive experience in facilitating growth, support, and training of industry professionals and sales representatives for success in an innovative atmosphere. Collaborating with Senior Leadership teams across Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Revenue to develop and maintain efficient processes to improve both the client and employee experiences. Driving sales alongside management while providing continuing education of resources, platforms and industry techniques has been a focal point of providing support as the Sales Enablement Specialist at Eargo. In addition, assisting the growth of an operation from a start-up to a publicly traded company has provided me with a bevy of unique tools in regards to communication and counseling of large teams, both sales and support staff, as well as enforcing and maintaining compliance measures when scaling for expansion and growth. Various other duties and projects have provided opportunities to spearhead initiatives and partnerships to assist the company’s goals.
