About Christopher Soltis

As a positive team builder, leader, and revenue generator, I have strong proficiency in financial technology software sales and leadership. During my career at Fidelity National Information Services (FIS), I have served as an individual contributor and most recently a sales leader in treasury and payment solutions driving new business development, pipeline, and deal opportunities from global multinational corporations and financial institutions. I leverage my empathy, mentorship, and inclusivity to establish, nurture, and manage sales teams while driving individual outperformance. I manage and motivate diverse, accountable, cross-functional teams and formulate sales strategies and vision centered around aspirational targets and cooperative culture. A few notable accomplishments from my tenure at Fidelity National Information Services of which I am incredibly proud include: Consistent 10-12% organic revenue growth over the last 5 years, with a high of 32% growth in 2022. Restructure of the sales organization to align to and support a focus on cross-selling our diverse solution set across the corporate enterprise Instilling a performance-driven culture to guide the turnaround of underperforming teams and team members to President’s Club status and positioning representatives for further advancement (two team members were subsequently promoted to leadership positions).
