With over 9 years of experience in the insurance and construction industries, I am a versatile and adaptable professional with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, managing complex projects, and leading high-performing teams. I currently work as a Property Travel Claim Service Leader at Allstate, where I provide a supportive and collaborative working environment to my employees and align them with the business unit objectives, results, and processes. In my previous role as a Senior Commercial Claims Adjuster at Progressive Insurance, I demonstrated my skills in investigating, determining, and estimating policy coverages and damages, as well as identifying opportunities for subrogation, salvage, and fraud prevention. I also applied my knowledge of the insurance restoration business, which I gained from my experience as a Project Manager at R. Warren Construction Co, Inc.
