I am an ordained pastor with the Christian & Missionary Alliance (C & MA) with experience leading worship, technical, and discipleship teams in churches. This includes leading small groups and ministry teams; coordinating teams of musicians and sound techs; developing and implementing song sets, sound mixing and lighting; overseeing and providing direction for sanctuary decoration; coordinating rehearsals on Sunday mornings and throughout the week; and other ministry-related duties including preaching as needed.
