I’m a strong investigator, evaluating information gathered to identify facts, involved parties, and understanding what occurred and when to document, help resolve, make necessary decisions, and coordinate relevant aspects. I’ve negotiated client agreements, worked well within deadlines, provided accurate, non-emotional reports, and maintained warm, professional relationships with clients, vendors, and the public at large. I’m a compassionate communicator, always sensitive to the vulnerabilities and comfort of others. I speak clearly and distinctly, and maintain strong relationships that build and strengthen over time. My experience also includes financial calculations, sales reports, and cash management. I adhere strictly to all regulatory, process, system, and governing body of rules, escalate suspicious activities quickly, and document findings in a timely manner. I am known to be upbeat, highly ethical, attentive to details, fair, honest, strong-willed, self-correcting, perceptive, and industrious. I can bring enthusiasm to team projects and encourage others to develop workable ideas. I’m approachable. I understand how important a positive attitude and friendliness are to achieving goals and earning repeat business, and because I consistently use these skills I have earned a reputation for outstanding performance.
