In the realm of antitrust and competition, Dr. Stomberg is an expert testifier and advises clients across the life sciences value chain. He has addressed issues such as monopolization, horizontal conduct, and vertical conduct. His work covers a wide range of topics, including cartels, reverse settlements, rebate walls, product hops, bundling and tying, price fixing, and vertical foreclosure.
