I’m an aviation safety and ground handling professional with over 8 years of experience at Toronto Pearson International Airport and 12 years of service with the Canadian Forces Army Reserves, including an operational tour in Kandahar, Afghanistan. My expertise spans auditing, compliance, security, and operational oversight in high-pressure, safety-critical environments. In my current role as an Officer, Ground Handling Quality Assurance Auditor, I work closely with ground handlers, airlines, and GTAA stakeholders to ensure operations meet international standards, while fostering safer and more efficient processes across Canada’s busiest airport.
