Previously worked in ADC Payload development at Pfizer. I have utilized confocal microscopy, plate based assays, and flow cytometry to identify what regulated cell death pathways are triggered by ADC payloads. Experienced in high throughput cytotoxicity screening. Clinical lab experience was gained during the COVID-19 pandemic as a Molecular Technician II at Northwest Labs. Responsibilities included RNA extraction and purification, and RT-qPCR COVID-19 Testing. Additionally worked as a Assay Development Lab Assistant that helped validate and streamline high-throughput systems for Women’s Health Testing via RT-qPCR. Experienced Researcher, Academic Lab Instructor, and Clinical Technician with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education industry. Primary focus of research was the mechanism of the antibiotic argyrin B and the interactions present in the GTPase Associated Center of the bacterial ribosome. Proficient in a large variety of instrumentation: e.g. AKTA Prime FPLC, PTI Fluorimeters, Beckman and Sorvall Ultracentrifuges.
