Agile QA Test Lead-Focusing on our customers and our teams-Creating environments for learning and growing successful agile team(s)-Creating tools, processes, and teams that help ensure our products and features are providing tangible value to our customers-Creating Unit, Integration, and Functional tests to validate that our product is ready to ship to the production environment-Auditing our teams and others (or creating self-audit processes and documentation) in order to verify that we are not only creating 'good' code, but also to make sure that we have processes in place that allow quick and efficient releases-Currently working on service testing: functional, performance, load-Prior to that, I worked (in the same org/team) primarily on back-end applications that rely on a MongoDb platform. Main components are related to 'Robo-investing' and create significant volumes of market trades each day. We have not had a significant 'market event' since the product's initial release. I have the ability to pick up highly-technical skills in a short time by self-teaching and by interacting with experienced staff and asking questions. I am interested in a position that gives me leadership opportunities as well as technical challenges.
