About Christopher Thayne

Problem solving and creativity is an innate way of life for me. Anytime I learn a new skill or process, I immediately consider how to improve upon the accepted operating procedure. This cannot be achieved without a generous about of creativity. As a firm believer in the power of brainstorming, cultivating ideas as a group is something I immensely enjoy. In business, the difference between surviving and thriving is much like the contrast of an amateur chess player and a chess master - foresight. Surviving businesses simply react to change. Thriving businesses anticipate change. As a Junior Fellow of The Feld Group Institute, identifying and practicing thoughtful Leadership, both informal and formal, is something I find massive satisfaction. The world has too many natural leaders who use their skills for the betterment of themselves, when they could be using be making the east decision to ‘lead with love’, for the betterment of the whole of society — a rising tide floats all ships.
