Throughout my career I have been directly involved in the development, management and ownership of practically every type of real estate product including luxury condominiums, marinas, parking facilities, apartments, hotels, retail centers and office buildings. I have extensive knowledge and experience in negotiating leases on commercial real estate and working directly with brokers, architects, attorneys, and contractors. Additional real estate experience includes being both lender and borrower, as well as buyer and seller.
