Generating $6M annual savings by improving efficiencies and decreasing manual labor for catalog management processes. Being chosen to participate in the Disney Leadership Program, Studio Operations Mentor Program, and the Studio Operations Inquiry Circle Program for demonstrating high-level leadership that was recognized by Disney’s executive team. Coordinating the integration of FOXipedia, Fox’s repository for title-descriptive metadata, and legacy processes into Disney’s Bolt system. Migrated titles across multiple languages. Managing and ensuring delivery of titles each year, collaborating with technology partners to optimize and consolidate systems to drive supply chain efficiency and functionality. Leading the development of a new team into a top, high-performing team focused on bridging the gaps between technology and business needs to ensure delivery of quality and timely metadata for both physical and digital business.
