Hi Friends, this is not my CV, this is my greeting to you. Come connect with me. One of the thing I love the most is to connect, even one of the slogan and main core values in our company Big Change Agency Indonesia is #humanconnection. I believe this is core not just in value proposition but also in daily lives. In Big Change Agency I act as the Program Director - this is a cool name for someone who is responsible for the program that we create for our clients both for Culture Development through to Branding & Marketing programs. When I am not directing a program, I would Train, Facilitate and Coach my clients with topics around Culture & People Development, Communication and Resilient. I know, sounds like big name topics, but everything is tailor made to each client need, big or small. Thank God through the journey we have worked with Multinational companies such as Unilever, Beiersdorf, also with National Companies like Wardah, Combiphar and also we are humbled to have helped SME's in Indonesia in terms of People Development and Branding projects too. Lately I started InterviewYuk (part of Big Change Agency)- an online learning platform that we designed to train, teach and mentor Indonesian in how to be good at interview. We believe there are too many talented, dedicated technical and fresh grads who failed to get a job because of poor communication and does not now the ethics. We want to fix that. NusantaRun is a charity foundation that I started with my partner in 2013 with one simple goal to help improve education in Indonesia through fundraising in an Ultra Marathon Charity Event. I am proud to say that we have generated more than 10 Billion Rupiah in total since then and run 8 Different education program for different cities in Indonesia. Outside of work - I have a wonderful wife and daughter that Thank God supports me in everything I do. I am here because of their prayer.
