As the Director of HR Partnerships at Nebraska Methodist Health System (NMHS), I lead a team of HR professionals who provide strategic and operational support to over employees across the organization. I have over 10 years of experience in HR management, with certifications in sHRBP and SHRM-CP. My core competencies include talent planning, employee relations, culture and inclusion, and leadership development. I am passionate about creating a positive and productive work environment that aligns with the company's mission, vision, and values. I have successfully implemented several initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance, such as a diversity and inclusion program, a mentorship program, and a wellness program. I also partner with senior leaders and managers to address and resolve any employee issues, while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
