I have led and managed small teams of 3-6 equity traders as well as large deployments of 25-30 officers carrying out security and anti-terrorism efforts. My supervisory, compliance and trading oversight responsibilities in financial services combined with my threat identification and assessment duties as a leader at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, uniquely qualify me for numerous compliance and risk management roles. Having led the sale and marketing of an algorithmic trading platform as well as learning and executing U.S. Government systems and procedures, demonstrates my ability to interpret various applications and adapt to new systems and protocols.
