I'm an analytical, creative problem solver with a passion for the medical sciences. I'm loyal, hardworking and dedicated which drives me to exceed expectations. My passion for science greatly influences my work ethic, and I am continuously thinking of ways to improve myself and the companies I serve. I have a natural talent for identifying issues and implementing solutions, and a strong track record for being detail oriented and demonstrating superior follow-through skills. I thrive when working in collaborative group environments and enjoy working together to provide innovative solutions to most efficiently and effectively implement strategies. Currently I am a student at the Arrhythmia Technologies Institute (ATI) where I have been developing my aptitude in cardiac rhythm management and electrophysiology. At ATI, I have been exposed to the dynamic world of CRM and EP through both procedural and technological advancements. Through ATI, I will be exposed to 11 different clinical sites in both the CRM and EP space to allow for practical clinical experience in both fields. ATI has allowed me to learn the programming technologies of the key players such as St. Jude, Medtronic, and Boston Scientific, and with hands on experience with EP mapping technologies such as the Carto line by Biosence-Webster. Upon completion of the ATI program I will have the underlying knowledge of the major technologies and potential complications in order to better assess patient issues and improve patient and customer outcome. At Hologic, I was specializing in developing nucleic acid assays used in blood screening for the detection of viruses such as: HIV and HBV on automatic, high throughput instruments, specifically the Panther system. My most recent project is related to real time quantitation of HBV on automated instrumentation. I have experience with writing protocols for feasibility testing, formulation review, V&V and assay integration.
