From early on, Christopher developed skills to craft specialized mortgage solutions for all his clients' needs.He graduated from Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business where he completed his Business degree with concentrations in Finance and Marketing, laying a strong foundation of detailed analysis skills, and servicing strategies. He began practicing these at a public accounting firm, where he specialized in income taxation & tax recovery efforts, while partnering with the Canada Revenue Agency to lead a large volunteer tax advisory program.Christopher then pivoted to work at one of the world’s largest investment firms, Fidelity Investments in Toronto, where he focused on financial product wholesaling & service. His passion of crafting solutions to his client’s complex problems lead him to become a top performing employee in all his departments, while achieving numerous financial certifications.Christopher’s growing interest in real estate steered him to pursue an opportunity where he could combine this with his passion of financial problem-solving & relationship building at a new mortgage start-up. He led internal operations where he oversaw the drafting of preliminary legal documents for innovative shared equity mortgage products.Today, Christopher is a licensed independent mortgage broker. By being part of the City Wide Mortgage team Christopher has access to over sixty financial institutions to create his clients the optimal mortgage solution for their unique situation, at the best rate.Outside of work, Christopher enjoys bodybuilding and pursuing entrepreneurial ventures.
