Today, as the Chief Executive Officer of ASM Sports since October 2018, I operate from the vibrant city of West Palm Beach, Florida. My background as a former collegiate golfer and my origins in London, England, contribute to my distinctive perspective. In collaboration with golfing icon Ernie Els, I co-founded an innovative sports college recruitment company (ASM Sports). We harnessed cutting-edge technology and AI tools to expedite connections in college recruitment, setting new standards in the industry. My influence transcends corporate boundaries, as I've lent my advisory prowess to esteemed organizations such as the International Olympic Committee, Sports Accord, World Golf Foundation, British Olympic Committee, UK & Jamaican Sports Ministries, ITF, USTA, R&A, European Tour, LIV golf, MLS, International Sports Federations, UEFA, United Nations and Forbes.
