As Director of Project Management at Americaneagle.com, I support our 80+ project management team through hiring/interviews, staffing projects, training & onboarding, standardizing project management tools & processes, managing escalations, project oversight, and additional activities geared towards growing our project management practice across implementation teams. Since 2007 at Americaneagle.com, I have had the privilege of working with an amazing team to implement hundreds of web applications & author several strategic plans that have been converted to large-scale implementation projects. I have been fortunate to manage large e-commerce implementations, solve web challenges, propose innovative solutions, and manage enterprise-level projects across many industries including e-commerce, corporate lead generation, transit, schools, and municipalities. Cross-industry experience has helped me provide clients with practical conversion improving strategies. Our team is focused on maximizing onsite conversions and building a foundation for our customers' online success. I graduated from the University of Illinois with highest honors. I am a results-driven web professional with extensive experience in leading projects and managing development teams. I have a wealth of web requirements gathering experience as a web project manager, systems analyst at Allstate, and data migration consultant. At Allstate Financial, I was a Systems Analyst and gathered business and technical requirements. I worked on large enterprise projects with complicated system requirements including, knowledge management systems, call center systems, workflow systems, and customer-facing websites. I have also worked on large data migration and ERP upgrade or conversion projects as a data migration consultant.
