About Christopher Weggler

I've spent my entire career working with people—first as a teacher with the little ones, and now with adults in HR. Teaching taught me resilience, patience, and how to truly support others in their growth. I also learned that things can change in an instant, so being able to adapt quickly is key. Today, I thrive in fast-paced tech environments, where the focus is on long-term impact and continuous progress. As Head of People Operations at commercetools, I'm passionate about driving operational excellence and enhancing the employee experience. What excites me most is how HR aligns with business strategy—where data-driven insights meet people-focused initiatives. I love digging into data to make smarter decisions. By developing HR dashboards and reporting processes, I’ve reduced reporting time by 30%, allowing us to focus on more strategic work while driving better outcomes. My strategic thinking and ability to adapt to changing business needs have consistently allowed me to implement innovative solutions and deliver measurable improvements. I’m always eager to connect with fellow HR professionals to share best practices and explore new trends. If you'd like to collaborate or exchange ideas, feel free to reach out!
