About Christopher Weisgerber

This new technology is absolutely amazing but I cannot imagine to use it in the future." That is what I heard so many times. But why don't we give it a chance? In my opinion, new technology is something we shouldn't be afraid of. We should inform ourselves about it and ask ourselves if and how it can support us. I recommend this to everyone on a personal and of course also on a business level. Meeting people and learning more about them - what their passions are, what they are interested in, as well as what their problems and concerns are - is another thing that I love and what people appreciate about me. Through my work as a working student at SAP, I have already gained experience in presentations at many events across europe as part of the 'Future Of Work Tour' and I had great conversations with customers. All of these things have contributed that I wrote my thesis on the increasingly important topic of well-being in connection with the innovative technology of brain-computer-interaction. And I am proud that I was part of that team that made people think about these HR issues. Now I am happy that I can support Boehringer Ingelheim in the digitalization of HR processes to solve these issues for an even better future. With each experience I gain, my opinion becomes even more solid: technology will NOT replace our jobs, but it will change HOW we will work in the future.
