About Christopher Wezdenko

A resilient and authoritative technical leader, I champion a culture of transparency and candid communication. My career is defined by driving innovation and delivering impactful solutions, from leading a $250K project early on to managing technical teams working on multi-million dollar projects. As the Electrical Power and Environmental Control System Manager, I lead a team of fifteen engineers, qualifying and sustaining critical systems supporting ~$100M in programs. My responsibilities encompass personnel development, technical management, and meeting key performance indicators. I was the Technical Lead securing a ~$90M customer contract and presenting to senior military leadership, including General Officers. My experience extends to leading root cause and corrective action efforts, bringing future health management concepts to space programs as Onboard System Health Lead, and developing machine learning methods for maintenance diagnosis (resulting in multiple patents). I've also contributed to reliability analysis for critical military and commercial programs. I lead by example, instilling a sense of urgency while empowering my team to excel and delivering impactful solutions.
