I am the RBC Regional Vice President for Winnipeg. With over two decades of experience in the financial services industry, I have served in a variety of client focused and strategic based leadership roles both in regional office environments and local markets supporting teams across Atlantic Canada and Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Nunavut, and Western Ontario. With a career that has taken me from the vibrant east coast of Canada to the vast Prairies of Manitoba, I am thrilled to lead a purpose-focused, principles-led, and values driven team of advisors and leaders from 23 branches throughout the great city of Winnipeg – The Gateway to the West. I feel privileged to guide a team committed to doing what’s right while delivering an exceptional client experience, first class digital engagement, all while being fully present in our communities through volunteerism and community giving. I have a passion for diversity & inclusion and for creating opportunities to amplify diverse voices advocating for belonging. I believe in the power of imagination and insights to transform our communities for the better. My personal passions for community and sport are demonstrated by my longtime involvement in badminton as both a competitor and coordinator of events.
