Previous experience in Software implementation, Logistics, Education, and Finance industries- 24 years in IT, 16 years in leadership roles- 10 years project and program management experience- Held a CTO functional role for 5 years, defining and leading the IT & Technology Strategy- Led and built highly effective teams of between 4 and 36 employees- MBA qualified and ITIL 4 Strategic Leader certified- Big picture thinker with an attention to detail and applying logical solutions. Highly analytical with a focus on quality, I excel at identifying opportunities, gaps in processes, and problem-solving. I have created and implemented the governance structures for IT Service Management whilst maintaining a strong focus on continual improvement and value creation both internally for operations and clients. My team has consistently achieved a 99%+ Change Management success rate and full audit compliance for the past 3 years. I also led Customer Satisfaction (CSAT & CES) improvement through value-focused initiatives within ServiceNow and process improvements across the organization. This resulted in a significant improvement in scores from 3 to 4.89 out of 5.
