My experience in stakeholder engagement, employee relations, corporate governance, financial planning, raising external investment, and public relations, equips me to contribute to an organisation's strategy, objectively challenge and impact financial success. My experience as a Non-Executive Director and as Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee, a Transformation Committee member, and mentoring businesses allows me to utilise the skill and experience I have gained setting up and growing a successful branch office of a national Law firm. As a former Senior Partner of the Birmingham office of a top 50 law firm for more than 24 years, overseeing the growth of the office from 2 to 185 people, I have successfully overcome many challenges and have the skills to support and grow a successful business. I can offer the leadership skills required to facilitate a way forward for everyone involved successfully.
