Since I got my first computer, I have developed a passion for understanding how devices work and how to fix the ones that don’t. I enjoy helping others who have an issue with a computer and describing to them in easily understood terms what may have caused the problem. I also advise them on best practices for preventing the issue from occurring again. I enjoy working on a project or problem with a team as well as on my own. I welcome constructive feedback and new perspectives. After acquiring my degree in computer science, I have an in-depth understanding of the computer industry. I have extensive knowledge troubleshooting, managing, and repairing devises. I believe cyber security is important in all spectrums, whether it be in a business or home network. I ensure firewalls and networks are functioning efficiently without hindering the projects and goals of the end users.Providing a solution to a problem or a question, finding ways to work within a budget, and taking the time to work towards a “yes,” are what makes me the IT professional who will proactively look for answers to optimize your interaction with electronic devices and their operating systems.
