Originally from Tacoma, Washington, Younger settled in Huntsville, Alabama in 2013 where he attended the University of Alabama-Huntsville. Throughout his college career, Younger gained technical skills to be proficient with any position. Naturally excellent at motivating others toward the team goals which includes being people oriented in a stable and sincere way. He provides a high degree of mind-share on projects and processes, alert to the potential problems and controls necessary. He is known to bring a unique combination of accuracy, intuition, and good people skills to any project or company. Younger’s management style includes being a cooperative team player who respects organizational policies and protocol. Collaborating effectively to become the hub of the wheel with many activities occurring simultaneously. If given the responsibility to maintain high standards, those standards will be guarded and maintained.
