Me, my snapshot? Sure - let's do it! With over 22 years of experience in the laboratory supplies and equipment distribution industry, I have developed a keen ability to navigate a wide variety of complex customers. Whether it’s food safety, water/wastewater/municipality, environmental, analytical, toxicology, petrochemical, ethanol or research, I have been fortunate to have great relationships with my customers. I have worked in various departmental roles including customer service, inside and outside sales, operations, marketing, and purchasing. This has given me the opportunity to know most sides of the business and offer sound advice where perhaps others could not. I am guided by my core values and principles not only from my childhood, but also from my service in the US Army. “Go Brave Rifles”. I have been told I do have a slight obsession with providing extraordinary service to my customers. I have a passion for offering personalized service and I strive to be the most customer-focused sales rep. Being consistent with customers should be a built-in value that they can trust and appreciate. Success in this competitive industry is only possible by managing expectations, keeping customers informed, and following up.
