In my current role at NorthStar Air Ltd, I manage and audit aircraft technical records, ensuring full compliance with Transport Canada and company standards. I oversee RAAS and CAMP systems, consolidate and analyze maintenance data to track fleet reliability, and generate dashboards and reports that drive decision-making, project scheduling, and resource allocation. I also lead records research, audits, and historical data reviews, supporting both maintenance planning and long-term airworthiness strategies. Previously, as a Cargo Operations & Safety Coordinator, I supervised cargo operations, optimized workflows, and led projects in safety training, scheduling, and process improvement.
