About Christy Engle

Leadership is a quality I’ve always had as I strive to be the best and my ever developing role as a manager has molded me to adapt to any environment. I have an incredible work ethic. I love to learn the ins and outs of every area and work hands on with my associates, through heavy times of course, but to also ensure that standards are met, steps of service are executed, and that I provide the tools to empower my team to accomplish tasks alone and to never be afraid to ask for help. My goal is to be a team with a dream and a plan to make those dreams happen in every aspect of my life. Employers, mentors, co-workers and friends and family will say that I put my heart and soul into what I do. I put however many hours needed and then some into my work. I bring a light and sense of creativity into everyday. My energy and positive attitude are contagious amongst everyone. I execute with quality and precision. I am built for nothing less than great under pressure, and with time, every fiber is thoughtful and masterfully articulated.
