Background
About Christy Halverson
Christy Halverson is a Freelance Photographer based in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Commercial Photography. Christy has loved taking photographs since her first "click" as a child and has chosen to make it her life's work. She is inspired by the love she has for the world around her. During her time at SCAD, Christy was able to strengthen her knowledge on digital and film cameras, lighting techniques and various photography styles, all while creating connections amongst her peers. During Christy’s senior year, she was given the opportunity to be apart of two photography exhibitions. “Aglare” a large format exhibition and “Imprint” an exhibition for the graduating class of 2023. As of now, her main focus is portrait and editorial work.
