I’m a senior healthcare executive with 20+ years of clinical and business operations expertise in rapidly growing, scaling, restructuring, and managing early-to-mid-stage, private equity-backed and multi-site healthcare practices. As a clinical and operational expert, I thrive on driving patient-centric care, enhancing operational efficiency, improving clinical quality, and driving employee retention and customer acquisition to further help companies achieve scale and growth while increasing market share and business value. With a deep passion for people, leadership, business growth, and process, I excel at building and leading teams, developing strong relationships with customers, and selling and growing companies with a priority on innovation and results. I leverage creativity, intuition, and best business practices to solve complex problems and communicate in a simple manner that enables me to align the company culture with long-term goals. I began my career as a clinician (neurophysiologist) and quickly discovered my innate ability to be a dynamic people and business leader. My work at Neuromatrix enabled me to tap into these talents and elevate into a functional COO role as the right-arm to the CEO. While at Neuromatrix, I grew and sold the first domestically and internationally-focused neurologic services and telemedicine platform, ultimately positioning the company for acquisition and sale to SpecialtyCare. At SpecialtyCare, I advanced through a range of progressive leadership roles, ultimately becoming the President of the Neuro Services division. In my daily work, I oversaw 800+ hospital customers and 600+ associates caring for patients annually across 46 states, and maintained accountability for setting the strategic decision-making for the direction and operations of the division. I’m proud and honored to be the recipient of the Gary Brukardt Leadership Award, recognizing my outstanding leadership and commitment to the organization. I have now joined Array Behavioral Care as the Chief Operating Officer. Array Behavioral Care is the nation’s leading virtual psychiatry and therapy practice providing quality mental health services across the continuum of care. I will be focused on scaling our national service delivery capability.
