About Christy Lamka

I’ve always been fascinated by the intersection of science, technology, and human potential. As a biochemist and neuroplastician, I’ve spent much of my career exploring how the brain’s ability to adapt and rewire itself can be harnessed to improve both individual lives and larger systems. This fascination led me to co-create Thrive360. Thrive360 was born out of a desire to bridge the gap between innovative technology and accessible wellbeing. We recognized the existing barriers in healthcare and professional development—things like limited access to quality care, stigma concerns, and the lack of personalized, scalable resources. The unfortunate truth was that current solutions were not getting engagement because they weren't addressing these barriers, leaving millions without the support they need. We set out to fill these gaps by delivering a comprehensive, accessible, and tailored resource at scale. Having worked in both patient care and research, I realize that the potential for personal transformation is enormous when you can combine cutting-edge technology with proven therapeutic modalities. My mission is to help HR leaders and operators build frameworks that not only maximize the performance of their people but also prioritize their mental health and professional growth. At Thrive360, we design impactful, engaging sessions and programs that change the way organizations approach employee wellbeing. Our work is rooted in clinical efficacy, and through Thrive360’s research arm, I lead national, investigator-led clinical studies to validate the effectiveness of our technology and approach. I’ve always believed that real transformation happens when science meets the human experience. Whether it’s developing strategies for building resilience, improving cognitive flexibility, or empowering employees to thrive both personally and professionally, my work at Thrive360 is about bringing people’s full potential to the forefront.
