About Christy Lim

I am passionate about sharing on the importance of mental health. I enjoy creating new content to bring greater awareness to the mental health landscape in Singapore and delivering them through outreach talks and events.I also look forward to meeting every client, curious to learning more about who they are beyond their mental health concerns. Professionally and personally, I enjoy deep conversations with others on the highs and lows of life.My hope is that through every interaction, they feel the warmth of my care and concern and to know that they are never alone. I am currently studying more about counselling psychology and look forward to bring what I have learnt to further enhance the meaningful work I am doing in mental health.Off work, I enjoy drumming, playing pickleball, organizing and playing good board/card/switch game sessions, reading books, and journaling. My current new hobby is learning how to free skate!
