As a Registered Dietitian (c) with Alberta Health Services. My education in Nutrition and Dietetics from Acadia University, complemented by a Kinesiology degree from The University of Lethbridge has allowed me to develop and enhance my knowledge and skills in order to enhance patient well-being through evidence-based practice. My passion revolves around empowering individuals, particularly athletes, to achieve optimal health and performance. Leveraging my in-depth knowledge of sports nutrition and exercise science, I contribute to developing personalized nutrition programs that support athletes in reaching their peak potential, fostering a healthier and more vibrant community. As a dedicated Registered Dietitian, I am passionate about oncology nutrition, empowering patients to navigate their cancer journey through evidence-based dietary strategies. With a focus on optimizing nutritional status, managing treatment side effects, and enhancing quality of life, I collaborate with healthcare teams to provide personalized nutrition care.
