I have been a senior HR business partner at Uni Systems, a leading ICT company in Greece, for over six years. With 20 years of experience in HR, I hold the ICP-TAL certification and have expertise in agile talent and HR metrics. I consult and coach HR team, senior leaders and managers on all HR matters, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policies and procedures. My mission is to enhance HR practices, programs, and services that drive individual and business performance. I leverage data and insights to align HR strategies with business goals, identify skill gaps, and optimize staffing and retention. I also lead all HR projects withing the company, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. I am passionate about constantly learning something new, embracing change and empowering people.
