About Chrysta Storm

I am passionate about driving impact thoughtfully, always considering the personal and community experience. I gain stakeholder trust, communicate with leaders and community members, outline expectations and processes, and drive programming to meet our goals. I have led programming in small community-based non-profits and led corporate social responsibility projects at one of the largest companies in the world. At New Beginnings and Jubilee Women's Center, I coordinated a more accessible application process for program participants. I recruited, trained, and retained volunteers, and managed and mentored AmeriCorps members. I also supported fundraising, grants, donation procurement, and marketing, working with the development team. While at Amazon, I optimized a variety of donation initiatives and processes, spearheaded a volunteer program for operation employees, and managed the change management for a new HR product focused on equity. This diversity of breadth has given me an understanding of community/employee engagement and business goals from many angles. I optimize processes, fuel efficiency, and enhance community value through impactful initiatives. With 7+ years in program management, I guide cross-functional efforts, drive improvements, and deliver change management. I am focused on building community and delivering results.
