I absolutely love taking things that are hard and making them understandable or easier to use. After many years in the business, technical writing is still my passion; I like a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where I am always learning something new. I most often work with developers or other technical types to create whatever kind of documentation other people need to do their jobs. This means that I have had to write just about any kind of document you can think of-everything from error messages to system administration guides. You name it, and I have probably written or edited it. I hit the ground running on any assignment. I am a self-starter who does not sit around and wait to be told what to do; I do my research and ask intelligent questions.
